Updated Appearance

For 2024, Volkswagen has given the Atlas a modern facelift. On the outside, the Atlas has been given a lighting upgrade, with stacked adaptive LED headlights, and available end-to-end lighting bars and illuminated VW logo. The lighting redesign extends to the rear, as well, ensuring the Atlas will stand out on the street, even at night. Inside, the Atlas has been improved with more pleasingly tactile upholstery and accents. The interior space is also carefully engineered to offer generous room for passengers in both the second and third rows, as well as great cargo capacity when it’s needed.

New Engine

Volkswagen has given the 2024 Atlas a new heart, with a 2.0 turbocharged TSI 4-cylinder engine. This potent, state-of-the-art engine gives the Atlas an improved output of 269 horsepower and 273 lb.-ft. of torque. It greatly increases the SUV’s responsiveness, and acceleration compared to the 2023 model year. The engine provides good towing power, with a properly equipped Atlas being able to hook up 5,000 lbs. It also gives you better fuel economy to the tune of a combined 10.8L/100km.
