Excellent customer service

I just picked up my Tiguan today. Alejandro Palacios was my salesman. He was a pleasure to deal with. He gave us a great deal and was very friendly and professional to deal with. His customer service is excellent, he could not do enough for me. Today when I picked the car up he went through all the controls with me to make sure I felt comfortable in the vehicle. I also dealt with the finance department who arranged the pick up and plates for my vehicle, and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend both this dealership and Alejandro to anyone who is in the market for a VW car. I am looking forward to dealing with this dealership to have my car serviced. They are professional, efficient and make you feel welcome when you walk in through the door.
