Our “No Surprise Pricing” policy requires us to disclose the true cost of maintenance and repairs to our guests in advance of any work being performed and not a “starting price”. Therefore, all maintenance pricing includes any fees such as Shop Supplies, Environmental and Taxes in the published price (something our competitors don’t do).

After you schedule an online appointment

Your Appointment is in our system and confirmed with a reply email detailing your requests.

We will also review the information that you have submitted to confirm that it is correct for your specific VW and if necessary respond to you promptly via your preferred contact method if you select ''Tell Us More.''

We will check with VW to see if there are any recalls, updates or services that are required for your VW and add them to your appointment and update you with an email.

We will contact you one to two days prior to your appointment to confirm.

Please be aware our 6:30 AM appointment slot is to book Late Night and Early Bird drop offs only and is not an in person checking time.
